PopHealth Futures is housed at The Lab at ConnCORP, a learning and knowledge center of ConnCORP, a mission-driven economic development organization investing in people, businesses, and communities in New Haven, Connecticut. We share ConnCORP’s belief that equitable opportunity is essential for thriving neighborhoods and that lasting change comes from strong local ecosystems.
