Africa is home to the world’s largest population of young people, and we believe the next wave of public health breakthroughs won’t come solely from the global north, but from Africa.

By 2030, nearly 75% of Africans will be under the age of 35. At PopHealth Futures building a platform that intentionally fosters the next generation of scientists, researchers, innovators, policymakers and generational trailblazers who are grounded in an understanding of population health.

This is how we transform Africa’s health systems, by putting the next generation at the center. Through the Youth Leaders Launchpad we are training young Africans to be well-informed citizens and the next leaders as it relates to the health and well-being of their families, communities and society.
